SILICONE CREAM

Cairan yang berfungsi untuk melicinkan jalannya benang/polyester pada proses spinning. Adapun dalam penggunaannya, Aerosol Lubrican Synthetics ini disemprotkan pada Spinnerette (lihat gambar) dengan kemiringan 45º lalu diwipping dengan spatula. Produk ini dibuat di Malaysia dengan teknologi Jerman yang dipacking di Indonesia. Tentu banyak juga produk serupa yang dijumpai di kita, namun ada beberapa point/kelebihan pada produk ini yang dapat diunggulkan selain daripada harganya yang kompetitif.

I.      Bahan Baku AURUM Silikon terbuat dari Lubricant Sintetis yang berdaya tahan mulai minus 40ºC sampai dengan 350ºC dengan keunggulan :

-      tidak berbau

-      tidak menimbulkan kerak

-      lebih tahan panas

II.     Bahan Baku dari AEROSOL SPINNERETTE LUBRICANT merk lain terbuat dari campuran bahan baku sintetis dan alami yang terbuat dari lemak lebah, mempunyai kekurangan sebagai berikut :

-      warnanya kuning

-      berbau

-      menimbulkan kerak

-      kurang tahan panas

Product ini terbagi atas 2 type : 

1. Type I, Super Extreme Pressure terdiri dari : 
    a. Gold Silicone Cream
     b. Platinum Silicone Cream
     c. Premium Silicone Cream

2. Type II, Extreme Pressure terdiri dari : 
     a. Silicone Release Agent (DXP)
     b. Silicone Release Agent (TXP)

Pressurized container. Do not expose to direct sunlight of temperature exceeding 50 degree C. Discard empty cans Into proper receptacle. Do no puncture can even empty. Keep out of reach of children.

• silicone cream is a release agent used in high temperature melt spinning process of synthetic fibers including Nylon and Polyester. As an active ingredient, it contains silicone compound with excellent thermal stability.
• silicone cream is CFC free with OZONE SAFE propellant.
• silicone cream lubricant is applied to the surface of spinnerrette and the silicone compound thus coated exhibit the following properties.

• Long lasting release properties at high temperature.
• Prevents accumulation of decomposition materials of filament yarn on the spinnerrette.
• Reduction of breakage of filament yarn at spinning and subsequent processes.
• Improves productivity, quality and safety of the spinning process.
